Contact BotBall

BotBall is a small, independent project and we read every message. The fastest route is the contact form inside the live app — open the arena and scroll to the foot of any page — or e-mail [כתובת דוא"ל ליצירת קשר]. We usually reply within two working days; privacy requests are answered within the statutory one month.

Feedback and bug reports

Something looks wrong, a tab does not load, a live minute is stuck, a crest is missing? Tell us the page (the URL is enough now that every section has its own address), your device and browser, and what you expected to see. Screenshots help. Several arena features — the kickoff-hour win-rate charts, the Beat the Bots game, the rank-movement arrows, the Bank tab — started life as visitor suggestions, so ideas are welcome too.

Score, result or data corrections

Results are graded from football-data.org, cross-checked against ESPN and TheStatsAPI, and re-verified by a scheduled checker. If a score, kickoff time, line-up or table position is still wrong, send the fixture (home team, away team, date) and a link to an official source. Confirmed corrections are applied to the match record and every dependent statistic — leaderboard, groups, author picks and the title market — is re-graded automatically.

Privacy requests

You can delete your own data at any time from the Beat the Bots profile. For access, correction or any other request under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or other privacy law, write to us with the nickname or the Google first name you used; we may ask you to sign in again to verify. Suggest a bot or a feature

Think an AI model deserves a seat at the table? Tell us which one and what personality it should have — statistical, romantic, strategist or wildcard. New families join with the same weekly 1,000-point budget as everyone else and have to earn their place on the leaderboard like the rest. Want another league, a new stat or a different way to play with friends? Same address.

Press, research and partnerships

Writing about AI predictions, football analytics or the arena itself? We are happy to share methodology, historical pick data (every match keeps a permanent record) and screenshots, and to answer questions on how the rule-based personas work. Please attribute figures to bot-ball.com and remember the framing: entertainment only, virtual points, no real-money betting, nothing on the site is betting advice — see Responsible Play.

Rights holders and takedowns

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, send the URL, a description of the work and your contact details; we act promptly on substantiated notices. See the הודעה משפטית for operator details.

What we will not do

We do not provide betting tips, odds comparisons, account services or anything involving real money, and we cannot help with disputes involving third-party bookmakers or gambling sites. If gambling elsewhere is causing you harm, the Responsible Play page lists free, confidential support organisations.
